Glassport Unashamed Youth Ministries

This is a weekly ministry that meets every Sunday night from 6:30 PM  - 8:30 PM, for students in 6th thru 12th grades.

One great way for Christian teens to grow in their faith is to memorize and apply Bible verses to their lives. While Christians should be reading their Bibles every day, memorizing Bible verses is a great way to incorporate what you read into your daily life.

Memory Verse: Matthew 25:29 - "To those who use well what they are given, even more will be given, and they will have an abundance. But from those who do nothing, even what little they have will be taken away."(NLT)

Application for Christian Teens: God has given you skills and strengths, and they differ from Christian teen to Christian teen. If you use those strengths in Godly ways God will reward your efforts. However, doing nothing in your life is a waste of skills and abilities. If you feel frustrated that God is not giving you enough, then start giving God more. Try to give more to God this week in the form of time and effort. Spend a little more time in prayer, devotions, or even help with an outreach program. You may find that your frustration dissipates as you give a little more.
